As auditors, we conduct statutory and voluntary audits of annual financial statements and audits of consolidated financial statements according to commercial law.

Moreover, we are entrusted with voluntary audits, for example by commercial partnerships and SMEs, but also by associations and other non-profit organizations, in order to provide an independent judgment on certain internal company issues.

We also conduct audits on specific topics and procedures.

Energy Audits

We know from experience that energy-intensive companies in particular often do not utilise their many possibilities to reduce costs, or do so only to a limited extent. We examine your current energy situation within the company, point out how to exploit existing relief and remuneration options and conduct audits of applications solely auditors can perform.

These include in particular:

• the special compensation scheme under the EEG (Renewable Energy Sources Act) at BAFA (Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control)
• applications for current electricity price compensation (SPK) at DEHSt (German Emissions Trading Authority)
• requests for reimbursement of concession fees according to KAV by your energy provider
• audits in accordance with the KWKG(German Act on Combined Heat and Power Generation) for submission to your energy provider
